Jan Hagemeier

Jan Hagemeier is a seasoned financial executive with three decades of experience in global equity capital markets, investor engagement, and institutional fundraising. Previously, Jan served as CEO and Head of Sales at Sanford C. Bernstein Ltd in the UK and as Partner at AllianceBernstein in New York. He also held senior management roles at Deutsche Bank.

As an Executive Advisor, Jan provides strategic financial guidance, drawing on his experience in IPOs, secondary offerings, and debt financing, where he helped raise several billion dollars. His understanding of investor expectations and market positioning supports Aveta’s financing strategy and investor relations.
